Nays was designed to attract individuals who had previously stayed away from İş Bankası due to reluctance to become traditional bank customers. The project aimed to bring in new customers, engage a younger audience, and gain a competitive advantage through a daily-use financial app that’s easy, fun, and preferred by users.
The Launch of NaysWith support from Softtech in UX/UI design, analysis, and development, the Nays Application was rapidly brought to life. Within just 1.5 years:
- 3.3 million registered users joined
- 350,000 became İş Bankası customers through Nays
- 188,000 users actively performed at least one financial transaction monthly
- 5 million app downloads were achieved
- 65,000 people received microloans
- A total transaction volume of nearly 30 billion TL was reached
- Daily active users/monthly active users ratio hit 23%
