When I stepped into Softtech with great curiosity and excitement in 2015, I was starting a new journey with the experiences I gained in different institutions in the field of software and analysis in the sector. As someone who always strives for innovation and betterment, while I was planning to spend a few years here again and gain achievements towards my career goals, completing my 10th year at Softtech is a true passion story for me. I started my career journey as a business analyst at Softtech, and when I continued on my way as a product manager, I had the opportunity to discover my potential thanks to my managers and colleagues who trusted and supported me. It is a great privilege to always find people who inspire you while shouldering the challenges of business life. Achieving success in a period when change and transformation are very rapid requires a very tight focus and flexibility. As someone who is a team leader in one of the teams at İşCep today, I can easily say that there is always room for development at Softtech, and that you can recreate your route on the journey of achieving your goals and discovering yourself. I continued on a path that started with curiosity without losing my passion. The story may be mine, but its inspiration belongs to all of us.

Portfolio and Product Management Competency Center Leader

After gaining my first work experience in the field of payment systems, I joined Softtech in 2006. Throughout my career journey of over 20 years, I’ve held roles as a software engineer, team lead, project manager, portfolio manager, and production director. I currently serve as the Leader of the Portfolio and Product Management Competency Center. Before and after each new role, I made it a routine to conduct in-depth research on the relevant topics and enhance my skills through the training programs offered by Softtech Academy. Today, I work with the motto “Be the best version of what’s possible,” focusing on continuously improving organizational competencies and making project, portfolio, and product management processes more effective and aligned with company strategy. My belief that striving to make a difference keeps you in the flow—always moving forward—sums up how I approach my professional life.

I’ve been with Softtech for over ten years, having joined the company right after graduating from university. During this time, I’ve encountered countless opportunities for both personal and professional growth. I’ve worked on a variety of projects and topics, explored emerging technologies, and contributed to international initiatives. Mümtaz Cem Eriş

Professional Services Senior Software Engineer

I started my journey at Softtech as an intern. Even during my internship, I was given the chance to contribute to a project that went live—an experience that shaped my perspective from the start. My manager was incredibly passionate and helped me grow tremendously. The principles and theoretical knowledge I gained during that period became tools I would later apply across many different projects. Alongside mobile development for İşCep, I also had the opportunity to be part of the Agile Studio. In that dynamic environment, I got to meet entrepreneurs, explore new initiatives, and collaborate with other teams. Around that time, the startups featured in Maxitech’s technology reports became a major source of inspiration for me. Fueled by that inspiration, we entered Softtech’s “Hack the Corona” hackathon—and won. We continued developing the project afterward. Later, in another internal hackathon, I had the chance to work with OpenAI’s GPT-3 models—davinci, curie, and ada. That experience sparked a deep interest in the technology, which I’ve continued to pursue through my master’s degree, supported by Softtech’s academic leave policy. Today, my journey with generative AI—one that began in Turkey with davinci models—continues at Maxitech in Silicon Valley, where I contribute to the Entrapeer project.

Sara Holyavkin

Professional Services Architect

Since beginning my career at Softtech in 2009, I’ve had the opportunity to take on various roles across a wide range of projects—from personal finance management to AI-powered solutions. In 2020, I was assigned to Softtech’s innovation hub in San Francisco, Maxitech, as a Corporate Innovation Specialist. part of the founding team of Entrapeer, Maxitech’s innovation platform built on product and AI agent technology. Today, I serve as Head of Product at Entrapeer. Softtech’s support for bold ideas and the opportunities it has provided have played a key role in bringing me to where I am today. It’s a place that feels like both a home and a school—a space where individuals are encouraged to grow, to push boundaries, and to pursue their passions. For that reason, I feel lucky to have started my journey here.
