Softtech and İşNet have signed a strategic partnership for Zoka Suite, a cybersecurity platform developed in Türkiye that helps organizations test and train employees against phishing attacks and respond quickly to suspicious emails. By combining phishing simulation and suspicious email management in a single platform, Zoka Suite keeps all data within the organization.
ISTANBUL, 7 October 2026 – As AI-generated phishing emails become an increasingly common tool for fraud, Softtech, one of Türkiye’s leading technology companies, has added Zoka Suite to its cybersecurity portfolio. The platform brings phishing simulation, employee training, and management of suspicious emails together in one place. By turning simulation results into targeted training, it helps organizations build employee awareness continuously and act quickly when suspicious content arrives.
To bring Zoka Suite to more organizations, the two companies have set out clear roles under the strategic partnership. Softtech leads product development, while İşNet, an enterprise technology services company, takes on sales, marketing and service delivery to enterprise customers. By combining Softtech’s engineering strength with İşNet’s cybersecurity expertise and its broad customer network, the partnership aims to extend Zoka Suite’s reach across a wider enterprise ecosystem.
One platform, from testing to response
The Zoka Phishing Simulation module tests employees with realistic attack scenarios and automatically assigns training based on how they respond, turning testing and training into a continuous learning cycle.
The Zoka Suspicious Email Management module handles emails that employees flag through an Outlook add-in. Each reported email is automatically parsed, checked against threat intelligence and given a risk score, and a response is triggered according to a predefined playbook. Results can be forwarded to security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Data stays in-house
As Zoka Suite keeps data in Türkiye and within the organization, institutions in highly regulated, security-sensitive sectors retain control over their cybersecurity data. These include banks, financial institutions and all other entities supervised by Türkiye’s Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), as well as organizations in insurance, the public sector, energy and telecommunications.
“A closed loop that strengthens the human factor in cybersecurity”
M. Bülent Özçengel, CEO of Softtech, said:
“People are still a decisive factor in cyberattacks. When threats target employees’ everyday work, technical safeguards need to be backed by awareness and training. Zoka Suite brings phishing simulation, employee training and suspicious email management together in one platform, giving organizations a complete approach that runs from testing to response. Through our partnership with İşNet, we are pairing Softtech’s engineering and product development strength with İşNet’s sales, service and customer network. Our goal is to bring this locally developed solution to more organizations, and to keep expanding Zoka Suite’s capabilities so they can build stronger cyber resilience.”
Mehmet Fahri Can, General Manager of İşNet, said:
“As cyber threats become more varied, organizations need more from their cybersecurity, and employee awareness has become a key part of any security approach. By adding Zoka Suite to our cybersecurity portfolio through our partnership with Softtech, we can offer our customers a comprehensive solution that covers everything from employee awareness to the analysis and management of suspicious emails on a single platform.”
