Applications have started for the Talent Generation program, which we implement each year to discover new graduates and include them in the technology world. New graduates of all engineering faculties or senior students without compulsory attendance will be able to apply to the Program until June 6th. This year, 5,000 candidates are expected to apply to the program. Last year, 4,493 engineers applied to the Talent Generation program, and 74 engineers had the opportunity to join our Softtech family.
For the program, whose applications were announced on the Softtech website with the slogan “You are the Future”, engineers were called “If you want to be a pioneer of the future, we are waiting for you to join us”. Candidates seeking to join the Talent Generation program will be able to apply from the Talent Generation page in the Career category on our website (softtech.com.tr).

Candidates will be evaluated with the Learning Agility approach and technical test during the application process. Those who complete the group interview and meet the technical team will take an English test, which will be completed with the offer process. Candidates who complete all processes will be included in the process-specific orientations, personalized training, and programs where they can experience mentorship and in-house entrepreneurship. Last year, candidates from 163 universities applied to the program, and 74 talented engineers joined the Softtech team.
Entrepreneurship with mentors
Besides joining the Softtech team, newly graduated engineers, entitled to be a part of the Talent Generation, will enter the entrepreneurship ecosystem by participating in the Innovation Incubation Program. Along with the theoretical know-how training, they will also have the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial ideas with mentors. Young engineers will be able to support their growth in areas such as solidarity, team play, simplicity, design thinking, and creativity. Softtech Innovation team shares their knowledge and experience by mentoring the teams. Also, they contribute to the development of engineers by answering their questions. At the end of the program, the teams make an investor presentation with their business models and meet the innovation follow-up board.
