She began her career as a Software Specialist at İşbank Software Development Department. In 2011, she was appointed to Softtech as Commercial Loans Allocation Practices Team Manager. Özmen Şimşek, who worked as the Manager of the Retail Loans team in 2013, was appointed as the Digital Cooperation Applications Director in 2017. A graduate of the Yıldız Technical University Mathematical Engineering Department, Esin Coşkun completed Boğaziçi University Engineering and Technology Management Master’s Program and then Sabancı University Executive MBA. She started her career as a Software Engineer in 2003 and worked as a Software Manager at Doğan Online and as Manager Responsible for Mobile Technologies at Intertech Inc. Esin Coşkun, who started to work as the Director of Mobile Payment Applications at Softtech in August 2019, has been working as the Deputy General Manager at Sofftech since September 2020.

A graduate of the Middle East Technical University’s Civil Engineering Department, Ferit Gökbel started his career as Software Specialist at Türkiye İş Bankası Information Technologies Department in 1992. He assumed the post of Deputy Manager at the Software Development Department in 2004. He was appointed at IT Project Management Department in 2008, and he became Department Manager in 2009. Gökbel was appointed as Payment Applications Director at Softtech in July 2011. He has been working as Deputy General Manager since 1 May 2015.

A graduate of the Middle East Technical University’s Civil Engineering Department, Ferit Gökbel started his career as Software Specialist at Türkiye İş Bankası Information Technologies Department in 1992. He assumed the post of Deputy Manager at the Software Development Department in 2004. He was appointed at IT Project Management Department in 2008, and he became Department Manager in 2009. Gökbel was appointed as Payment Applications Director at Softtech in July 2011. He has been working as Deputy General Manager since 1 May 2015.

Mustafa Kaan Özen

After graduating from the Department of Civil Engineering of Middle East Technical University, Mustafa Kaan Özen also finished his master’s degree in the same department. In 1998, he began his career as a Software Specialist at İş Bank Software Development Department. Following his position as Project Manager in IT Project Management Department and Project & Change Management Department, he was appointed as an Assistant Manager in 2011. Mustafa Kaan Özen began to work as a Program Manager at Softtech in 2012 after his role in the Corporate Architecture Department. He was then appointed as the Business Development Director in 2014, undertaking the role of Director of many production teams. As of January 1, 2022, he is continuing his career as Deputy CEO.

A graduate of Middle East Technical University, Department of Management, Muzaffer Özmen started his work life as an Assistant Inspector at the Türkiye İş Bankası – Board of Inspectors in 1999. He became Assistant Manager at the Budgeting and Planning Department at the Head Office in 2008. Then he worked for the Managerial Reporting and Internal Accounting Division as assistant manager and unit manager between 2009 and 2016. Özmen was appointed as Deputy Chairman at Türkiye İş Bankası – Board of Inspectors in 2016 and worked in that position until his appointment to Softtech A.Ş. as Deputy General Manager.

After graduating from the Department of Computer Engineering of Ege University in 2004, Ömer Kul worked as a software specialist in Turkey’s leading holdings. In 2008, he started his Softtech career as a Senior Software Specialist. He later continued to work as System Architect in 2012 and Manager in 2015. After his position as the Director of Card Admissions in 2018, Ömer Kul has been continuing his career as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for Payment Systems Applications at Softtech since January 1, 2022.

Önder Hasan Badem graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics of Anadolu University and started his career in 2008. After his short-term role as Field Teams Coordinator in telecommunications, he began to work as a Software Specialist in the IT Department of İş Bank in the same year. He became an IT Auditor in the Internal Audit Department in 2011 and then left his position at İş Bank at the end of 2012. Between 2012 and 2017, he conducted activities in various startups and roles, including providing training for Bir618 Consulting and HP Education Services, consultancy for JPA International, the founder of Arcraft Technology, and the co-founder of ACE. In May 2017, he joined Deloitte Turkey with his team, continuing his consultancy activities in Corporate Service Management as Senior Manager. In October 2018, he began to work at Softtech as the Director of Professional Services. In 2019, he also undertook the role of Director of Sales. Since January 1, 2022, he has been working as the Chief Sales & Services Officer.

Serkan Uman graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Middle East Technical University and later completed Maltepe University’s Business Administration Master’s program. After beginning his career as a Software Specialist at İş Bank Software Development Department in 1999, he was appointed as Solution Architect to Softtech Financial Applications department in 2011. Until 2018, he continued to work as Solution Architecture and Manager in the same department. In 2018, he was appointed as the Director of ERP Applications. After becoming the Group Manager of Enterprise Business Solutions in 2020, Serkan Uman has continued working as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Softtech since January 1, 2022.
