Sabri Gökmenler

Born in Ankara in 1968, Sabri Gökmenler graduated from the Computer Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University in 1991 and completed his master’s program in the same department in 1995. Began his career at Türkiye İş Bankası Directorate of Information Processing in 1991 as a Software Specialist Intern, Mr. Gökmenler also served in Softtech in 2004. He became the Head of IT Architecture & Security Management Division of the Bank in 2008 and Head of Information Technologies in 2012. Mr. Gökmenler completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School in 2018 and has been serving as Deputy General Manager since January 28, 2021. He has also been working as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of İşbank AG since March 1, 2018.
Born in Bilecik in 1977, Ali Yalçın graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul University. Mr. Yalçın began his career at Türkiye İş Bankası in 2001. Worked in Directorate of Organization, Operations Planning Division, Division of Projects and Change Management, Directorate of Branch Operations, Enterprise Architecture Division, and Agile Management, Mr. Yalçın became the Divison Head of Enterprise Architecture between 2021 and 2022. He has been working as the Human Resources Division Head as of 2022.

Born in Bilecik in 1977, Ali Yalçın graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul University. Mr. Yalçın began his career at Türkiye İş Bankası in 2001. Worked in Directorate of Organization, Operations Planning Division, Division of Projects and Change Management, Directorate of Branch Operations, Enterprise Architecture Division, and Agile Management, Mr. Yalçın became the Divison Head of Enterprise Architecture between 2021 and 2022. He has been working as the Human Resources Division Head as of 2022.

After graduating from the Department of Business Administration (Eng.) at Hacettepe University, Berkin Ergan finished his master’s degree in Capital Markets and Finance at Bahçeşehir University. In 2001, Berkin Ergan began to work as an Assistant Inspector at the Committee of Inspection of Türkiye İş Bankası. Then, he continued his career at the Departments of Corporate Banking Marketing and Sales and Commercial Banking Product between 2009-2020. Since 2020, Berkin Ergan has been serving as the Commercial Banking Product Division Head.
Born in 1980, Doruk Yurtkuran graduated from the Department of Business Administration at METU in 2002 and joined Türkiye İş Bankası Inc. as an Assistant Inspector in 2003. Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. After nine years at the Committee of Inspection, he was appointed as Assistant Manager to the Subsidiaries Unit of Türkiye İş Bankası Inc. Working as the Manager of the Subsidiaries Unit since January 2021, Doruk Yurtkuran is also a Board Member of İş Financial Leasing Inc., İş Factoring Inc., Topkapı Consultancy Electronic Services Marketing and Trade Inc., Softtech Ventures Technology Inc., Casaba Management Operation Manufacturing Import Export Marketing Health Cleaning Security Transportation Trade. and Man. Inc., and Moka Payment Agency Inc.

Following his Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduation at METU, Emrah Gökçe Aygün completed the MBA Program at Hacettepe University. Having started his career journey as a Software Specialist Intern at the IT Department of Türkiye İş Bankası in 1997, Aygün worked as the Assistant Manager in 2007 and as the Division Manager in 2012. Then, he was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on January 28, 2021. He has also been a Board Member at İşnet Inc. as of April 1, 2017.

Born in 1973 in Istanbul, Serdar Arif Diktürk has a degree in Economics from Istanbul University. Diktürk began his career as an officer at the Sirkeci branch in Istanbul in 1998. Following his Assistant Specialist Intern in the Retail Finance Marketing Division in 1999, he served as Deputy General Manager in 2008 and the Division Manager in 2012, all in the same department. He served as the Ataşehir and Maltepe Branch Manager in 2016 and 2018, respectively. Serdar Arif Diktürk was appointed as the Head of Payment Systems Operations on June 25, 2021.
